Formed in 1979, the Association operates in the Yoker area to the west of the City of Glasgow. The Association currently owns six hundred and fifty-one properties and manages a further two hundred and seventy-one properties on behalf of other owners.

**Job description**

The Association’s continued success as one of the best performing Registered Social Landlords in Scotland has been built upon the foundations of a largely locally based governing body supported by an excellent staff base. As part of our on-going planning for the future, we now seek to strengthen that staff base with the addition of the post of trainee housing services officer. The post will be offered on a three-year fixed term contract basis.

As a trainee housing services officer you will be given training and responsibility for a wide range of duties within the Association’s housing management and property services departments. You will develop skills in housing management, estate management, property management and maintenance through practical work experience.

The Association offers excellent terms and conditions of employment including a final salary pension scheme, twenty-five days annual leave and fifteen days public holidays.
