**Your duties will include**:
As an F&B Supervisor you will play a key part in delivering prompt exceptional customer service to our internal and external guests in order that the most professional and caring image is always portrayed. Your duties will include:

- To ensure the Restaurant Experience is delivered to the highest of expectations and if not an ability to rectify in a way that guest’s feel satisfied;
- To ensure the ambience and atmosphere is clean, fun, friendly and inviting;
- To demonstrate in depth knowledge of both the food and beverage menu with an ability to impart this knowledge to the whole team;
- To lead in a manner that befits the role and ensure the whole team do likewise;
- To be fully aware of and adhere to the health and safety regulations concerning your employment and promote and safe environment for yourself, your colleagues and our guests;
- To actively participate in the development of team members ensuring procedures are followed at all time;
- Adhere to licencing and food safety legislation and the company standards and procedures;
- Liaising with other departments.

**About you**:

- Hotel/High Street Experience at minimum supervisory level is essential
- Organised, structured and a ‘can do’ approach to work
- Good level of written and spoken English
- Punctual and good time management
- Results orientated with strong commercial/financial awareness
- Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
- Pro-active and attention to detail
- Hospitality experience in a similar environment
- Knowledge of food and beverage trends and service styles
