ThriveSW Limited, a leading provider of services to the commercial building industry, is seeking a skilled Electrical Supervisor to join our team in the Wiltshire region. As an Electrical Supervisor with ThriveSW Limited, you will be responsible for leading and supervising a team of electrical engineers, ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standard and on time.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise a team of electrical engineers to ensure that all projects are completed to the highest standard and on time.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance of electrical systems.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all electrical systems are properly integrated and functioning as intended.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure that all electrical systems are properly installed and maintained.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure that their electrical needs are met.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor or in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
