p>Are you an electrically qualified professional with experience in supervising and leading a team? p>ThriveSW Limited, a facilities services provider to the commercial building industry, is recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to oversee a large portfolio of sites in the region. p>As an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor, you will occasionally be hands-on; p> p>You will be responsible for the electrical side of the contract and therefore work closely with the Mechanical Supervisor when it comes to the engineering team and the client/building managers. p> p>Key Responsibilities: p>
  1. Lead a team of electricians in a commercial environment.
  2. Oversee electrical maintenance and repairs.
  3. Work closely with the Mechanical Supervisor to ensure seamless operations.
  4. Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards.
  5. Develop and implement electrical maintenance plans.
p> p>Requirements: p>
  1. Qualified Electrician, ideally from a full apprenticeship.
  2. Plenty of planned and reactive maintenance experience within a commercial environment.
  3. City & Guilds in Electrical Installation Level 2 - Essential.
  4. City & Guilds in Electrical Installation Level 3 - Desirable.
  5. 2391 Testing and Inspection - Desirable.
