Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is passionate about promoting good mental health and wellbeing. Our new Kernow Workforce Wellbeing Hub (KWWH) has been commissioned to actively support the mental health and wellbeing of all health and social care staff across the county. As part of this new and high-profile service, your experience could be just what we need to support the delivery of this service.

Alongside leading on the clinical work of the team there would be the opportunity to work with psychology colleagues and stakeholders across the Cornwall Integrated Care System to promote psychology at a systemic level within organisations and help introduce new and innovative ways of meeting staff needs.

**Main duties of the job**:
The post-holder will provide clinical leadership to ensure that the service is effective, responsive, well led, and compassionate. A dedicated and enthusiastic champion of psychology and wellbeing in relation to a variety of staff groups, professions, and organisations. The role will involve delivering supervision, consultation and intervention where necessary within the KWWH remit. The post-holder will through dynamic leadership be able to work systemically with the Integrated Care System in Cornwall, influencing staff access to psychological resources and promoting the introduction of the targeted resources required to influence culture and reduce the stigma associated with seeking support. The post-holder will join a core team tasked with delivering and developing the KWWH offer in Cornwall and will have opportunity to develop the clinical team to meet the requirements and flux of pressures that exist within Cornwall. The role involves audit and evaluation, performance reporting, clinical governance and overseeing the delivery of clinical elements of the service. The post holder may also contribute to the development of other components of service provision including system wide, team reflective practise groups and supervision for those delivering reflective practise for staff members.
