**Job Profile for Business Development Manager**

Bennett and Game are currently working within one of the UK's leading innovative and customer focused warehouse and supply chain providers who are actively seeking a proven Business Development Manager to join their Crewe location.

The client pride themselves in being able to offer quality Warehouse and Supply Chain solutions to a wide number of business across the UK. The client have grown on a drastic scale over the last 12 months and are looking to continue this growth throughoutthe New Year.

**Business Development ManagerPosition Overview**
- Research and identify new business opportunities
- Create strategies to successfully acquire new business opportunities
- Update sales pipeline CRM systems
- Visit potential clients and present proposals
- Follow up any new leads generated by external marketing
- Key account management

**Business Development ManagerPosition Requirements**
- Strong record of success, preferably selling in the B2B market
- Must be able to demonstrate a proven record of hitting sales targets
- Able to provide 5 Years of achieved sales targets (Desirable)
- Strong business acumen
- Strong experience within Warehouse and Supply Chain solutions

**Business Development ManagerPosition Remuneration**
- Salary - £42K - £45K DOE
- Monday to Friday
- OTE of 30K +
- 25 Days Holiday + Banks
- Hybrid working on offer
- Mileage allowance or Company Car
- Laptop and Mobile provided
- Company Pension
