**What you’ll do**:

- Based across all three Greenwich, Medway ^ Avery hill campuses, manual driving licence required based however at Greenwich campus.
- Main duties will be surveying & checking of fire doors to SFG20 or British Standards. Training will be provided for fire door inspections if required. Other duties will include but not limited to water temperature monitoring, descaling, flushing, inspections of plant and plant rooms.
- **What you bring**:

- Driving License
- Experience in similar role or strong transitional skills
- Ability to communicate with co-workers and other departments with professionalism and respect
- Good attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills
