Chief Financial Strategist

We are seeking a visionary leader to drive strategic development and growth in this organisation. As the Director of Finance and Resources, you will lead the evolution of financial and IT capabilities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while fostering a high-performing team.

You will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, supporting the business in achieving financial sustainability and excellence. Your leadership will extend across HR and IT strategies, providing a professional Company Secretarial service and managing a diverse range of corporate responsibilities.

You will oversee audit processes, risk management, and procurement to ensure they meet and exceed sector standards. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of a renowned heritage site and cultural landmark.

• Lead strategic development and growth of the organisation
• Drive the evolution of financial and IT capabilities
• Manage a diverse range of corporate responsibilities
• Oversee audit processes, risk management, and procurement

• A qualified Accountant (CA, ACCA, or CIMA)
• Proven track record working with senior executives and managing audit preparation
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Expertise in strategic and operational financial management
• Experience managing IT resources and providing strategic advice to senior leaders
• Experience in operating a 501(c)3 charity
