We are looking to appoint a Senior Academic Support Officer to join our dynamic Academic Registry team. You will undertake casework arising from the University’s extenuating circumstances, appeal, complaint and student conduct procedures, and provide a central role in helping to resolve cross-departmental student issues.

The post holder will also work with the Academic Registrar to manage projects relating to the processes of academic submissions, assessment, and awards.

You will be an excellent organiser and decision-maker and will be able to prioritise work effectively in an environment with demanding deadlines.

You will be able to communicate effectively and will have experience of handling sensitive and sometimes difficult situations in a confidential setting, including one-to-one meetings with students.
