**Where our vacancy is**:
We have a vacancy in our Winsford Supported Living service.

Your role will be to support and assist the Service Manager and Deputy Service Manager by providing direct supervision of support staff within an allocated team or teams.

You will be expected to co-ordinate the organisation and delivery of each individual’s support in line with their assessed needs and support plans, Vivo’s care pathway, policies and procedures.

Each home is different and reflects the needs and personalities of its residents. They are all equipped with everything the team of support workers need to enhance their lives.

Some of the people we support have complex needs and need support with eating, personal care (bathing, toileting and continence) and can display challenging behaviours. Working in this environment you will develop great relationships and you will need to be a good motivator and develop your teams to reach their full potential.

**Job Purpose**:
To support and assist the Service Manager and Deputy Service Manager by providing direct supervision of support staff within an allocated team or teams. To co-ordinate the organisation and delivery of each individual’s support in line with their assessed needs and support plans, Vivo’s care pathway, policies and procedures.

- Willing to undertake personal care and able to undertake manual handing tasks

- Reliable, flexible and a team player
