This role is situated within the Customer Growth Team within the Consumer Group. The team looks after performance across all of Sky’s products, Loyalty (rewarding our customers) and partnerships, Retail (our Sky stores), Trading and how we effectively manage and communicate with our customer base.

What you'll do:

- Develop an in-depth understanding of business needs, with the ability to articulate objectives and requirements to technical teams and progress solutions which achieve maximum commercial and customer benefit.
- Shape, influence and lead key strategic transformation initiatives and/or change programmes.
- Translate recommendations into a defined and manageable project scope.
- Communicating key and relevant updates to Director/Exec level, having secured agreement on the approach with all partners.
- Accountability for the delivery of multiple projects/programmes, ensuring scope is agreed, clear direction is set and teams deliver on time and to budget.
- Management of direct and virtual teams. With a laser focus on team development and effective coaching, in order to deliver successful project outcomes.
- Implement clear and effective project/programme controls (i.e benefits, scope documents, project plans, RAID logs), with progress communicated.
- Establish and improve project governance for workstream meetings, programme boards and DSG’s.
- Ownership of change management (ensuring that the business area is ready for the change to be adopted).
- Perform post-implementation review activities to ensure output and processes continuously improve.

What you'll bring:

- Advanced partner engagement ability - experience of influencing partners at Director level and quickly develop a strong network of contacts.
- You will have a “can do” attitude with strong resilience, be able to bounce back quickly from set-backs and suggest alternative plans.
- You’ll have the ability and the confidence, to challenge appropriately, at a senior level.
- Consistent record of leading teams and galvanising those teams behind a common vision, with a proven track record of delivering desired outcomes.
- Previous experience of working in a fast paced, dynamic environment with proven experience of managing virtual teams.
- Demonstrable experience of projects in either a consulting or large blue chip, complex organisation with an awareness of different project methodologies.

Osterley:
Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There’s also plenty of bike shelters and showers.
