As a member of the Consumer Strategy Strategic Insight team, you’ll help drive decision making using the power of data and insights - with the role specifically focussed on Sky Broadband
What you'll do:
- Work closely with the Sky Broadband commercial, proposition, and marketing teams to act as a trusted independent advisor
- Lead multiple research and insight projects that ensure Sky’s product and proposition development / evolution is insight driven
- Surface insights in a manner that fuels ideation and creation of new business strategies
- Cultivate an inclusive and diverse culture that is hard-working, motivated by business impact and responsive in a fast-paced environment
What you'll bring:
- Demonstrable experience of working on projects/programmes in either a consulting or large blue chip, complex organisation (both IT and business focused projects/programmes would be advantageous)
- Experience in leading multiple research projects concurrently, including evidence of consistently strong partner management
- Experienced in embedding consumer insights in innovative ways to answer business questions
- Experience in creating Exec-level Insight packs and making pitches at a senior level, focused on practical recommendations
- Upbeat self-starter, a passion for research and insights, excellent communicator, with experience working in fast-paced environments
- A consistent record of using Market Research, data, and insight in a commercial context
- High levels of logical thinking & problem-solving skills. Able to deal with complex problems using innovative and industry leading techniques.
