We have a new opportunity for a driven, self motivated **Inside Sales Representative** to join our OEM team Working with current and prospective customers, looking for opportunities to sell our innovative range of scan engines, devices and machine vision solutions.

This EMEA-wide role focuses on managing a network of small to medium OEM partners, and supporting our distributor network to help increase business and drive Zebra’s share of wallet.

You will join a passionate, skilled team who work together to drive the OEM strategy in EMEA

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and grow relationships with small-medium tier OEM partners across EMEA with regular communications
- Work closely with the OEM distributors to allow them to best support your small-medium partner with pricing requests, support queries, marketing topics etc.
- Developing new customers, handling leads, supporting partner activity to develop new business and assisting with marketing.
- Translate Zebra's key differentiators into added value for our customers
- Educate Partners on Zebra OEM products and offerings, helping to establish joint technology roadmaps
- Work with Partners and the wider OEM team to establish an OEM partner eco-system - including: Contract Manufacturers, Design Houses, OEM Resellers and System Integrators.

**Qualifications**:
We are looking for an outstanding relationship builder who can form trusted partnerships with customers and colleagues.

You should have experience in working with Distribution and/or Channel partners, developing and maintaining current customers to help gain Zebra OEM’s share of wallet.

A background in effectively communicating technology products to customers during sales, along with strong customer rapport and leadership in sales conversations. This role requires resourcefulness, self-motivation, a positive attitude, and engaging demeanor.
- Energetic and self-motivated with a sense of urgency
- Applies Solution Selling concepts to customer situations; excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Understands policies and practices related to role and shares ideas for improvement
- Building and developing relationships with strategic OEM partners
- New market business development
- Strategy development and execution
- Fluent English is essential, any of French, German, Spanish and Italian would be an added bonus
