We are looking for a Marketing & Content Assistant to join the Marketing team at PPLPRS.

As the Marketing & Content Assistant you will provide key marketing support across the team to implement an acquisition and retention marketing strategy for the business.

To work with relevant stakeholders and the wider marketing team to support with the delivery integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

**You will.**
- Support the Marketing Manager in developing annual marketing strategy and plans for offline channels.
- Design, create and implement marketing assets, including Trade Media Adverts, Infographics, and other creative resources.
- Managing the creation and implementation of marketing and sales collateral to help generate new business enquiries and retain customers and support the New Business Functions to develop sales presentations and sales materials for High Value New Business.
- Manage the trade media activity calendar, book advertising, create and supply creative resources and content where required.
- Perform research to assess areas and opportunities for content development to create engaging content for lead generation and the SEO outreach strategy to bring the brand to life.
- Management of the Showpad platform, including content management, reporting, training and implementation. Working with Stakeholders and team managers to ensure effective use and user engagement.
- Co-ordination of logistics and attendance at relevant trade shows and exhibitions to raise the profile and awareness of the company
- Planning, managing and delivering organic and paid social plan and reporting on social media campaigns through available social media marketing platforms

- Experience of copywriting and/or content creation with ‘story telling’ skills
- Great organisation and planning skills with strong attention to detail.
- Adaptable, dynamic and quick thinker with a flexible approach
- Competent using Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively to deliver
- Knowledge of Adobe Design Software (inDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator)
- Understanding of Search Engine Optimisation - to develop required content
- Experience of customer research and analysis
- Event management/ implementation/ organisation experience
- Experience of delivering measurable results through marketing campaigns
- Strong analytic approach to projects
