**Role Overview**:

- Fuelling Brand Identity and Engagement_

In this pivotal role, you will play a vital part in enhancing our client's brand identity and engaging their audience. As a Digital Content Marketing Executive (Hybrid), you will be at the forefront of creating compelling marketing materials that resonate with customers and prospects. Your creative prowess will be combined with strategic thinking to design, develop, and execute marketing initiatives that drive the growth and expansion of our client's products and services.
- Key Responsibilities:_
- Craft captivating copy for marketing assets that fortify the brand's identity and captivate the target audience.
- Develop impactful sales presentations and insightful reports based on gathered marketing insights, including trends, competition, and product details.
- Potentially coordinate the participation in conferences, exhibitions, and marketing seminars to amplify the brand's presence.
- Create attention-grabbing online content, event materials, and internal communications, ensuring optimization for SEO keywords.
- Meticulously proofread and refine content across various business aspects before presenting it to customers.
- Engage with customers to collect and share their case studies, contributing to the enrichment of our client's narrative.
- Revitalising existing content, such as blogs, and repurpose it for innovative campaigns. Refresh website content in alignment with relevant SEO keywords.
- Collaborate with EdTech partners to execute collaborative campaigns on a monthly basis.
- Facilitate the setup of support and marketing webinars, serving as a platform to showcase our client's diverse brands.
- Create and manage a current writing guidelines document, upholding a consistent tone throughout the business's communications.
- Qualifications and Attributes:_
- A proven track record of 1-3 years in Marketing roles within B2B software companies or the SaaS industry.
- A Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with a penchant for Creative Writing.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
- Proficiency in cultivating relationships and the ability to work seamlessly both independently and collaboratively.
- Adeptness in fast-paced, deadline-oriented environments, showcasing remarkable problem-solving and analytical competencies, especially with intricate or ambiguous information.
- Skilful in communicating effectively across all levels of an organisation.
