**Social Media Content Executive Role**

We’re looking for a skilled and creative social media content executive to join our team at JM Wholesale.

As a social media content executive, you will work collaboratively with our marketing and design teams. You will manage our social media presence, create and execute strategies and engage with our audience to increase brand awareness. You should have excellent design skills and be familiar with software like Adobe Creative Suite in the creation of high-quality, eye-catching content that represents our brand. As well as being skilled in content creation you will also be responsible for leading and managing our digital campaigns to nurture our brand's online visibility — from ideation to final execution and analysis.

- Work Location: Hybrid (following successful probation and training in-house)

**About the role**
- You will be working closely with marketing and design teams to establish and maintain an assertive brand outreach on social platforms.
- Create high-quality social media content that engages with our target audience.
- Develop and execute social media strategies to meet brand objectives.
- Manage platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn.
- Support social marketing efforts for other channels, such as SEO/SEM/PR campaigns.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all social media engagement.

**Your responsibilities**
- Monitor the organisation's social media accounts and ensure brand consistency in all social media messages, produce reports, etc.
- Create exceptional content to engage target audiences, promote our brand and drive engagement so being well-versed with Adobe Creative Suite and being proficient in graphic design is a must
- Report and analyse the performance of social media campaigns and provide insights on performance metrics.
- Lead and instruct cross-functional teams (content, graphics, marketing) in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.

**Required skills and qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in design, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience (at least 1 year) in a social media-related role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with problem-solving acumen.
- Expertise in social media platforms (like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn).
- Exceptional design skills and proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong attention to detail with time-management and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with ease.
- Knowledge of social media marketing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

**Desirable**
- Knowledge of the vape and CBD industry, desirable but not essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
