ADS Laser Cutting Limited is a family run business and is the premier metal laser cutting, precision folding, fabricating and finishing company in the U.K. From Bespoke to Volume Solutions, we have the capability of working from design through to project completion on a wide range of projects from intricately designed Point of Sale materials to volume components. These find their way into Rail systems for Siemens, Trains for Tfl, Apartment Balconies and sales aids for L’Ancome Fragrances. Our highly skilled and happy team is important to our business and that of our customers. This translates into exceptional service and quality. Since founding, ADS has grown tremendously YOY and continues to grow from continuing investment in machinery, infrastructure and in highly-skilled people, employing over 95 in an 87,000 square feet unit whilst possessing the very latest technology.

**Due to continued growth we are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Executive**

**Role Profile**:The role is to work closely with the Business Support Director & Marketing Director to support the implementation of marketing strategies and optimise processes to meet the company's objectives. This role covers a broad spectrum of tasks, including CRM management, content creation, brand promotion, and market research.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the execution of the agreed marketing plan
- Assist in retention of and developing existing and new customers through planned individual account support by working closely with the Sales Team
- Assist in managing the CRM (Hubspot) database including efficient data segmentation
- Support the B2B event strategy as well as creating and facilitating ADS events
- Create content and promotional materials (photo, video and literature) which includes e mail campaigns, content writing, advertising, PR and design
- Promotion of the Company’s brand both online and offline
- Develop and maintain a social media presence
- Maintain the Company’s website including SEO
- Provide reports on marketing
- Research market trends to assist with the development of marketing plans
- Conduct competitor and customer analysis to help drive demand for the Company services
- Maintain marketing support materials

**Skills, Experience & Personal Attributes**:

- Industry recognised qualification in marketing
- Proven experience in marketing and a willingness to learn.
- Familiarity of Hubspot or other similar CRM
- Understanding of SEO onsite, offsite
- Creative with good writing skills
- Good influencing and motivational skills
- Self-motivated and focused, with a flexible attitude
- Good attention to detail, with high levels of accuracy & a commitment to quality
- Able to work on & use own initiative & problem solve
- Strong communication, team working & people skills
- Positive attitude to innovation & change
- Looking to build a career in a fast-growing business.

This position is required to be 100% site based.
