The role:

- Provide a full and comprehensive support service to our customers in accordance with the client brief.
- Respond to requests for advice and assistance by telephone, face-to-face with customers and external organisations via the dedicated support mailbox.
- Develop and assist in the interpretation and implementation of health and safety legislation, codes of practice and guidance for our customers.
- Complete monitoring, inspections and audits at customer premises across the UK.
- Undertake preparation for larger Health and Safety related projects and Meetings and assist in the preparation of reports, minute taking and action planning as necessary.
- Support and ,where appropriate, lead on customer projects.
- Support the development and delivery of training in health and safety related topics and actively appropriate training programmes.
- Investigate accidents, dangerous occurrences (inc. RIDDOR) and near misses as necessary for our customers on request and ensure that corrective and preventative actions are brought to the attention of the Customers desicated point of contact.
- Assist in report writing following investigations, risk assessments or request for advice.
- Represent the company at all times with the energy, drive and ethos that makes Serene Safety stand out.

The person:

- NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent Level 3 qualification - ESSENTIAL
- Full UK Drivers licence - ESSENTIAL
- Able and willing to spend frequent nights away from home in support of our customers.
- Able to work to deadlines, programmes and parameters of the customer and Prinicpal Partner.
- Experience of working within a health and safety advisory role
- A 'People Person' that understands the value of human interaction and interpersonal relationships.
- Customer focussed, Solution oriented and caring individual.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Graduate

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
