If you’re an experienced Health & Safety Advisor with a background in manufacturing, we’d like to hear from you

 

Key Responsibilities

  • To provide advice and leadership in regards to Permits, Control of Work and Isolation Planning.
  • To advise on all aspects of operational safety, including support and evaluation of Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
  • Monitoring, auditing, and benchmarking activities.
  • Incident, accident, and near miss investigations.
  • Health & Safety Management System review and updates.
  • Supporting Emergency response training and competence.

 

Required Experience

  • Prior experienced in a Health & Safety Advisor position within high hazard manufacturing or similar environment.
  • NEBOSH certificate / or equivalent.
  • Experienced in preparing detailed Risk Assessments & Method Statements across a range of activities and disciplines.
  • Knowledge and understanding of COMAH and general H&S legislation.
  • Experience of auditing and a working knowledge of ISO management systems.
