A dual role combining transport administration and planning, this **Administrator** position sits within a pioneering manufacturer in the interior sector.
In business for many years, this manufacturer is a leading name within their sector and is renowned for supplying high-quality products to hundreds of retailers across the UK. After storming success, they are expanding their team and are searching for an Administrator who enjoys variety and thrives in a busy role as they will be supporting both the Transport Coordinator and Senior Planner. A pivotal position for the company, this is an important hire for them and one which calls for someone who can use their exceptional organisation and communication skills, and a keen eye for detail to provide high-level administration support and superb customer service.

**Responsibilities**
As a dual role, you’ll undertake a number of duties spanning transport administration and planning, to include:
- Handling all transport administration to ensure all documents and compliance is up to date and arranging the delivery of goods
- Managing all documentation related to deliveries which includes completing customer declarations and supplementary declarations, and ensuring all documentation is available for drivers
- Booking transport, confirming delivery dates, dealing with congestion charges and organising the purchase and delivery of fuel
- Helping customers with delivery queries and order ‘add-ons’
- Supporting the planning of production orders and creating documentation relating to the manufacturing process
- Managing order cancellations and notifying the Senior Planner
**Skills and Experience**
- Demonstrates strong administration skills, gained in a previous administration or planning role
- Capable of remaining calm under pressure and has the ability to confidently manage a dual role and prioritise a demanding schedule
- Possesses a good eye for detail and takes a methodical approach to tasks
- Has excellent Microsoft Office skills, with good proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Enjoys working as part of a team but is also able to work under their own initiative
**Salary**: £26,000.00 per year
