Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Administrator. As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving any inquiries or issues they may have. **Duties**:

- Analyse customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely responses
- Assist customers in English and Spanish, ensuring effective communication
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in our database
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while interacting with customers
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues
- Provide product information and assist with order placement or tracking
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding matters

**Skills**:

- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Problem-solving abilities to analyze customer issues and provide appropriate solutions

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 12 weeks

**Salary**: From £11.83 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
