Currently hiring for a business transformation lead specifically within the pharmaceutical regulatory space, coupled with a sound Agile knowledge and approach.

Clinical Programming is transforming the way it works now that it has a single platform and process. This modernisation will leverage open source technologies, agile ways of working and ensure that our client maximises the value of its clinical data.

This role will require enhanced capabilities in the delivery of an organisational change project based on agile mindset and principles. The purpose of this Business Lead role is to provide global leadership for the Clinical Programming Transformation initiative over the next 18-24 months. The Business Lead will need to be accountable for design and delivery of a program of work where the resources responsible for.
- Agile Coach / Management consulting experience with teams that are new to Agile practices
- Certified Agile Coach is a plus.
- Certified Scrum Master is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to influence management, stakeholders, and staff to adapt to positive change.
- A solid understanding of the pharmaceutical regulatory and publishing processes (e.g. 21 CFR Part 11)
- Effective Project Management skills or relevant experience
