**The Opportunity**

As the first point of contact for our guests, this role is ideal for an outgoing, welcoming and accommodating individual who is eager to create a positively unforgettable experience for our guests.

The role of Concierge will include, but is not limited to:

- Providing a unique and stylish Concierge service with the professionalism and courtesy expected from a luxury resort.
- Welcoming guests to the resort, greeting them with a smile and ensuring they feel welcome.
- Providing guests with information in relation to facilities, services, events and attractions, travel routes and transport schedules, and arranging appointments and reservations as required.
- Assisting guests with any reasonable request for hotel services and being available to assist guests at all times.
- Maintaining the security of guest property and storage areas at all times.
- Ensuring that guest concerns, complaints and difficulties are dealt with promptly and professionally.
- Assisting guests on arrival and departure with luggage.
- Setting up meeting rooms for conferences and events across the Resort.
- Delivering a fond farewell to our guests upon departure, ensuring that their final experience is as exceptional as their first.
- Valet parking as required.
- Additional duties as deemed appropriate
- There may be a requirement to undertake night shifts from time to time to cover busy periods and annual leave.

**What we are looking for**
- Previous relevant experience within a front facing guest service environment.
- Ability to work under pressure within a team at a fast pace.
- High standards of attention to detail.
- Strong time management skills.
- Computer literate
- Ability to demonstrate guest awareness with a passion to deliver excellent guest service and a welcoming manner.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Valid UK driving licence
