Sales Support Administrator
Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Sales Support Administrator to join a leading technical manufacturing company based in Alton. This is a full time, permanent position.

**Responsibilities**:

- Contact potential customers by phone to develop their sales
- Consult with customers by phone to try and generate orders
- Input of customer information on to CRM system
- Responding to web enquiries
- Lead follow up (sending of brochures, creating quotes)
- Participate in telemarketing campaigns
- Provide customers with technical product advice
- Work closely with other departments
- Deal with customer complaints and problems
Experience Required as a Sales Support Administrator:

- Sales experience
- Technical knowledge
- CRM and Microsoft experience, SAP is desierable
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent customer service
Working hours for this position are Monday to Thursday 8.15am - 5pm and Friday 8.15am - 3.45pm. Our client is offering a salary of £22,000 - £30,000 depending on experience.
