Do you want to be part of a team that is influencing change and transforming the delivery of mental health services for people with personality difficulties?
Personality and Complex Trauma Team (PACT) are continuing to grow and expand across the county of Lincolnshire. We are looking for enthusiastic qualified practitioners (suitable for Nurses, Social Workers, AHP) to join our team.
Our current team describe why they are committed to remaining within PACT: Feeling safe, having time and space to deliver high quality care, truly small caseloads and high levels of clinical supervision and reflective practice. PACT practice with compassion and kindness to instil hope and empowerment of the people we support to feel in control of their treatment and inspired to live a meaningful life.
We offer Psychologically Trauma Informed models of care to people with personality difficulties. 80% of people with personality difficulties would no longer meet the diagnostic criteria following evidence-based interventions.
PACT provides a real opportunity to have a highly rewarding role where you can professionally develop and use your passion for working with this client group within a likeminded team whilst supporting the development of staff across all LPFT services and others Lincolnshire services.
Clinical Team Coordinator Eleanor Cheal would welcome talking with you.
