**Payroll**

Clerk - Permanent Contract

Location: Edgbaston Birmingham or Central Worcester
Hours of Work: 22.5hrs per week either 3 days 9-5 or 5.5hrs per day over 4 days

**Salary**: £12.82ph (£15,000pa)

What’s the role?
As a Payroll clerk working within our Birmingham/Worcester office, you will be working within a very fast paced Payroll team covering internal and external payroll for clients and staff.

Your key tasks and responsibilities:
**Must have payroll experience & used to running multiple payrolls weekly & monthly**
- Ensuring that client employees are paid accurately and timely
- Contributing to the provision of an excellent service to a diverse range of internal and external clients, providing support to managers and partners
- Reporting to managers and taking responsibility for completing tasks accurately and to deadline
- Travelling to and from clients’ premises and our other offices from time to time
- Processing auto enrolment for clients as necessary
- Preparing salaries for multiple payrolls
- Statutory calculations and discussions
- Monthly reconciliation of payroll costs
- Preparation of auto enrolment reports and files for uploading

Experience you should have:

- You will have minimum one to years experience working in in a payroll environment.
