We have an exciting new opportunity and are currently looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated and dedicated Commercial Events and Lets Coordinator to join the team in our Events department on a full time, permanent basis, 35 hours per week.

**About the role**:
The Commercial Lets department of Wellington College is responsible for raising revenue for the bursaries and scholarship schemes offered by the College. The College hires out its boarding space, venues and sports facilities to an interesting and wide variety of residential and non-residential clients throughout the year. The events include conferences, exhibitions, seminars, language schools, orchestras, sports activities, film crews, parties and weddings. We aim to deliver an excellent service to all our clients in prestigious surroundings, helping them achieve successful and memorable events.

**Key responsibilities (Please see JD for full requirements)**:

- The Commercial Events team is specifically responsible for booking and facilitating all Commercial led events, functions, and facilities bookings. This includes generating and responding to commercial enquiries, liaising with the clients and on-site assistance to support their events and financial responsibility and reporting.
- The Commercial team engage residential camps in the Easter, Summer and October school holidays. These include: TEFL groups (Teaching English as a Foreign Language), Sports camps, orchestral and choral groups, yoga, dance and other camps.
- The non-residential business includes: meetings and conferences, dinner dances and parties, weddings and other special occasions, film locations and photoshoots and a variety of dance, drama, musical and other events.
- Support the Commercial Events Team Manager with the management, sales and development of the Commercial Lets business.
- Provide the benefit of extensive events experience and logístical/marketing support to the business, to encourage repeat business and the growth of new sales opportunities
