Blind Estimator and Surveyor

The job will involve all aspects of advising on and selling these products to our end customers, mostly domestic but also commercial._
- Previous experience in the blinds industry or similar would be very useful but not essential as full training will be given._

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- _To visit customers in their homes to advise on and quote our range of products_
- _To carry out quote appointments and customer follow-ups and liaison offering knowledgeable advice with excellent customer service and sales skills_
- _To understand and learn the technical aspects of the product range, and to have the ability to survey and measure accurately_
- _To communicate effectively and work as part of a small team with a can-do attitude and a flexible schedule_
- _Ensuring the client is happy with the service they receive, including aftercare where necessary_
- _Meeting customers in their own home or offices, processing orders which will involve taking detailed requirements and accurate survey measurements_
- _To achieve a high conversion rate and customer service score whilst selling accurately and hitting a target_

**REQUIRED SKILLS**:

- _Self-motivated with excellent communication skills in English_
- _Well-presented and professional_
- _Honest, reliable, ethical and conscientious_
- _Familiar and competent with metric measurements - able to use a tape measure_
- _A good organiser with time planning skills and good timekeeping_
- _Great at following up, keeping track of, and converting sales_
- _Full UK driving license_
