_Surveyor and fitter required to install and sell blinds, awnings, and curtains, to customer's properties and commercial. Based at Crowthorne but working in surrounding areas. A van will be supplied along with training on various products, but general DIY skills and good communication skills will be required, using drills and measuring. Working alone and with another depending on products installed, liaising with our showroom. Hours 9am-5pm. Monday to Friday. 28 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays._
- The job will involve all aspects of installing, advising on and selling these products to our end customers, mostly domestic but also commercial._

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- _To visit customers in their homes to advise on and sell our range of products._
- _To carry out sales appointments and customer follow-ups and liaison offering knowledgeable advice with excellent customer service and sales skills_
- _To understand and learn the technical aspects of the product range, and to have the ability to survey and measure accurately._
- _To communicate effectively and work as part of a small team with a can-do attitude and a flexible schedule_
- _Ensuring the client is happy with the service they receive, including aftercare where necessary._
- _Fitting bespoke made to measure blinds, shutters, curtains and awnings in our customers' homes and workplaces._
- _Using drills and measuring tape. Working alone and with another depending on products installed, liaising with our showroom._

**REQUIRED SKILLS**:

- _Self-motivated with excellent communication skills in English_
- _Well-presented and professional_
- _Honest, reliable, ethical, and conscientious_
- _Familiar and competent with metric measurements - able to use a tape measure and drills._
- _A good organiser with time planning skills and good timekeeping_
- _Great at following up, keeping track of, and converting sales._
- _General DIY skills_
- _Company uniform, van with fuel and tools supplied._
- _28 days annual leave including bank holidays._
- _Fulltime_
- _iPad for pricing and installation appointments_
- _On-going training with new products_
- _CRB/DBS certificate required._
- _We don’t pay commission, and sick pay._
- _Full UK driving license required._
