The ideal candidates must have experience in residential sales / Estate Agency and be able to cross sell all the peripheral services offered whilst at the same time being mindful of and seeking out opportunities for new property sales.
You will have a proven track of hitting and exceeding targets; you will be ambitious and highly motivated to progress your career and you will have a winning mindset.
Skills: The skills required for this Sales Negotiator role will include:
Residential sales experience essential
Ability to work well under pressure
Excellent communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Well-spoken and well-presented
Knowledge of the Crowthorne and surrounding areas
Target driven and dynamic
Full UK driving licence
