We are a specialist Contract Electronics Manufacturer, serving world-class customers in high-reliability industries by providing a complete set of electronics design and manufacturing solutions in both printed circuit board assembly (PCBA) and full box-build manufacturing.

We are looking to recruit an **OLS Operator** to carry out Offline Setup (OLS) activities to quality and industry standards.

The main responsibilities for the OLS Operator include:

- Using written work instructions and items lists to assemble products to customer specifications and IPC-J-STD-001 Class 3 as directed
- Carrying out feeder activities e.g. setting up feeders and feeding components
- Labelling kits
- Checking production documentation
- Carrying out end of production flow activities e.g. stripping down of jobs
- Liaising with OLS Team Leader regarding timescales, documentation and other queries
- Complying with all 5S activities as required

Person Specification:

- Ability to work to written instructions and bills of materials
- IPC certifications are required
- Experience in OLS is required
- Understanding of component identification codes such as resistors, capacitors and ICs
- Good computer skills including Microsoft Office
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- High concentration levels
- Excellent level of dexterity
- Flexible and proactive approach
- Able to respond to changes in demand and meet tight deadlines
