Entry-level Finance Administrative Assistant

**Client Details**
Our client is a long-standing, well-established travel & tourism company based in West London operating in over 50 countries around the world. Their niche is that their tours and trips are all focused on expanding traveller's cultural knowledge through eventson the arts, architecture, music, archaeology and history.
**Description**
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Managing overheads - staff expenses, chasing internal authorisation, overhead payment runs
- Accounts payable - daily payment runs, monthly credit card reconciliations
- Accounts receivable - daily bank account transaction download, identifying client receipts via bank transfer, refund admin
- Month-end management accounts - preparation of month-end accounts, month-end reports, bank reconciliations
- Compliance - booking and flights admin for ATOL reports
- Other duties include - preparation of weekly booking figures
- Other ad-hoc finance admin duties
**Profile**
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
- Good A-Levels/university degree
- 1 years' experience working in an office environment (desired)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Good attention-to-detail
- Should have an interest in travel/the arts (i.e. architecture, music, history etc.)
