Duties will include

Providing assistance to the Practice Manager and the Practice in a financial and administrative role.

Financial Administration
- Use of finance databases/software to oversee timesheet and expenses administration.
- Preparation and issue all invoices, including gathering and processing information required for

the production of invoices.
- Maintenance of financial documentation for projects, e.g. letters of appointment and fee

agreements.
- Production of financial information for Partners and Practice Manager.
- Maintenance of the finance databases including data entry.
- Assist the credit controller with information as required.

Administration
- Maintenance of various spreadsheets.
- Archiving of financial records.
- Providing assistance to Practice Manager as required.

**Skills**:

- Previous experience of working in a similar role.
- Qualification in finance preferred but not essential depending on previous work experience.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise workload effectively and

remain calm under pressure.
- Effective and confident communicator.
- Proactive approach with the ability to use own initiative.
- Strong maths and administration skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and excellent written English.
- Experienced user of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work with confidential information.
