You will need to be able to adapt quickly and professionally to the needs of the day, and to cope well and harmoniously with conflicting demands. **Duties and responsibilities**:
This varied and challenging role will specifically include management of the project team at Imperial and their interaction with the project collaborators and project partners; including planning and organisation of travel, meetings, and training activities; internal and external reporting; maintaining external communication and visibility (e.g., website and social media); developing narratives on and evaluations of the impact of the CAMELLIA work programme.

**Essential requirements**:

- Good general education, preferably at MSc level (or equivalent) or higher, and evidence of continuing professional development or further learning
- Experience of providing administrative support to research projects
- Excellent organisational skills with outstanding ability to prioritise and schedule workloads
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to communicate effectively and appropriately with a wide range of people
- Excellent attention to detail

**Further information**:
This is a full time, fixed term position until 30 September 2024. You will be based at South Kensington Campus.

Further information is available in the job description.

The College is currently trialling a Work Location Framework until early 2023.
