We’re looking for a Compliance Administrator to join our Head Office team at North Leigh, just outside of Witney, Oxfordshire.

The Compliance Team are responsible for ensuring that we have a balanced approach to risk, achieve our regulatory obligations and most importantly, seek continuous improvement to our customer journey. We’re looking for someone who has great admin and organisational skills, is a good listener, is inquisitive and likes problem solving, is a team player and has the personality to create and maintain fantastic relationships with our stakeholders.

The role includes
- Providing administrative support as part of a team assisting in risk and compliance management by contributing to robust and effective compliance controls within the organisation by liaising and collaborating with other departments
- Reviewing advertisements
- Creating, editing, and updating spreadsheets, reports and other business documents, maintaining them in a confidential and an easily accessible format
- Contributing to our ongoing training programme

- A proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Good organisational skills
- Great attention to detail
- Problem solving and analytical skills sis
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A willingness to learn and the ability to adapt are essential
- An ability to build long-lasting and mutually beneficial relationships
- A working knowledge of the vehicle leasing industry or working in an FCA regulated industry would be an advantage but is not essential

This role is permanent, full time and based in North Leigh and the salary is between £20,000 to £25,000 per annum.
