Our client is looking for a Customer Service Administrator - Claims Consultant to assist with the day to day running of the team. Responsible for delivering high quality service to customers throughout their claims processes.
- Providing a professional and friendly telephone-based assessment of claims
- Providing written confirmation of claims outcomes
- Dealing with invoice payment queries
- Ensure compliance with guidelines and regulatory requirements are adhered to
- Provide customer service excellence to clients by communicating clearly and professionally by phone and in written form.
- Assist company to achieve its operational budgets and targets by suggesting improvements to processes to improve efficiency within your team.
- Support other members of your team with various duties
- Undertake general office duties from time to time when required.

You will need to have excellent communication skills both verbal and written with good systems knowledge.
