Technical Sales Representative (Chinese / Korean / Japanese) Cambridge to £55k
Are you a tech savvy Sales Representative with software or hardware sales experience combined with Chinese (Cantonese), Korean or Japanese language skills?
You could be progressing your career at a successful scale-up software house.
As a Technical Sales Representative you will focus on selling software as SDK (Software Development Kit) via licencing for the latest generation of cutting edge in car entertainment technology products for the automotive sector and high performance cars to global manufacturers; the product is currently embedded into 35 million cars and that number is rising.
You'll be working with warm leads and upselling to an existing, global client base; negotiating contracts and software licensing agreements.
**WFH Policy**:
You'll join colleagues in Cambridge city centre 2-3 days a week with flexibility to work from home and flexible hours with a 35 hour week. There are also opportunities for worldwide travel to trade shows and exhibitions to drive customer engagement; you may also need to visit client sites in the UK from time to time.
**Requirements**:
You have experience of selling technical solutions (software or hardware) to global clients
You have fluent English combined with Chinese (Cantonese), Korean or Japanese language skills
You're tech savvy, able to build a strong understanding of the product, understand the clients requirements and how the solution can meet their needs
You're a skilled communicator, able to cultivate consultative business relationships
You have a good understanding of software licencing agreements
You're degree educated in a STEM discipline
**Salary & benefits**:
As a Technical Sales Representative you will earn a competitive salary (to £55k base, NO commission), bonus and benefits including pension, private medical and dental care.
