This job would suit an individual with 2 years experience on similar position. To assist the Accounts Manager in the day to day operations of the accounts department, ensuring transactions are processed in an efficient, timely and accurate manner.
Job responsibilities:
- Assisting with the Sales Ledger - invoice processing and data input
- Matching, batching, and coding invoices
- Assisting and completing multiple reconciliations
- Taking card payment over the phone
- Preparing weekly & monthly reports
- Complete other office administration duties as and when required
- Credit Control
- Processing Clients payments
**About You**
Ideally, you will be enthusiastic, well organised, diligent, and able to work to strict deadlines whilst paying attention to detail and working both as an individual and as part of a small team.
A basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and an understanding of computers is essential.
