**A leading Hospitality Company based in London is seeking HR Business Partner Operations to join their team on a contract basis for 3 month initially.**

**4 days a week field based role - the contractors will be required to travel within their patch.**

**What is the purpose of the job?**
- The purpose of this role is to lead the delivery of the HR plan within Premier Inn & Restaurants Operations by working closely with and influencing your aligned Operational Directors through a proactive, commercial and coaching HR generalist service tothe business that supports our Team Experience.
- Particular focus will be on Talent Management, Developing Capability, Diversity & Inclusion, and enhancing Employee Engagement to support business objectives and strategic plans.
- Additionally, this role will support the wider HR Centres of Expertise and will work closely with the Operational People Change team by acting as a HR operational interface whether as part of the HR plan activity and/or through key projects and businesschange if required.
- There will be ongoing requirements to devise, implement and maintain relevant HR tools, processes and insight in line with the agreed PI&R Operational HR plan and brand objectives that enable operational leaders to deliver sustainable action in their teams.
- Act as the face of the HR for the Ops and Partnership teams to ensure we collectively provide a world-class HR service.

**Essential Knowledge**:

- HR business partner experience gained in a customer-facing organisation.
- Understands the wider industry and networks to build competitive advantage.
- Knows relevant employment law and what the organisation needs to do to mitigate relevant risk.
- Comprehensive knowledge of managing HR projects and programmes.

**Essential Skills**:

- Good planning and organisational skills and demonstration of correct leadership behaviours: will need to coordinate, manage and engage with a large number of stakeholders on a number of different HR and Business priorities both within the brand and thewider HR team.
- Strong analytical skills - can prioritise and help focus to deliver the real added value input from a people perspective.
- Well developed coaching skills
- Strong interpersonal skills: Good level of communications skills and good influencing skills
- Adaptable and flexible
- High integrity
- Broad influencing skills and develop passion for career development
- Ability to question and challenge the status quo

**Essential Experience**:

- Strong HR background either in a generalist role or specialist talent and development role
- Able to demonstrate experience in all of the key role requirements
- Experience of working closely with operational teams and driving effective performance in all areas of role
- Has proven experience in employee relations issues and risks and knows how to coach managers.

- Heads of HR
- Operations Directors/Regional Operations Managers
- Site based Management teams
- Specialised HR functions across WHR (HR Change & ER, Reward, L&D, D&I, Resourcing team, etc)
- Specialised functions across WHR (including functions like Internal Communications Central Operations, PR, Legal, Insight team)
