Job Title: Director of Finance Business Partnering
Salary: £130-165k base
Location: Luton (2-3 days/week)
Eton Bridge Partners are working in partnership with a successful and fast-growing facilities management organisation in their search for a Director of Finance Business Partnering.
Reporting to the Group CFO this is a newly created opportunity to build out and lead the commercial finance function. This is a key role which sits on the Finance SLT with good visibility and exposure to the C-suite.
Their HQ office is in Luton and will require you to travel to this office 2 days a week along with the rest of the management team.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Building a new team of commercial business partners that will support the seven business units.
- Overseeing management reporting activities, challenging the status quo and coordinating all reporting to the Group FP&A function.
- Influencing key stakeholders using commercial data, insights and trends for the delivery of the commercial P&L.
- Supporting the continual improvement of the budgeting and forecasting processes.
Candidate Profile:
- A chartered ACA accountant with substantial experience within a multi-site environment.
- Experience managing long-term contracts.
- Track record having full P&L responsibility.
- Outstanding leadership skills with a strong commercial acumen.
- Strong understanding of how a multi-site corporate ticks and how to drive performance and planning cycles.
- Evidence of implementing demonstrable process improvements.
