Our service is made up of 6 purpose built bungalows which is home to 6 people we support, all with physical disabilities.

**About you**

We are looking for caring, compassionate and hands on people to join our team. Ideally with physical health needs experience, whether it be caring for a family member or professionally. Compassion and integrity to treat people with dignity and respect is essential for this role.

**Making it happen - Your Role**

The job is all about giving people encouragement, guidance and support so they can live as independently as possible and have the freedom to make their own choices.

On a daily basis, you may be involved in supporting people with the following activities:

- Cooking and cleaning
- Managing finances
- Supporting with medication
- Supporting wheelchair users
- Attending Drs/ hospital appointments
- There will be manual handling when required
- Shopping and socialising
- Supporting service users with complex health needs
- Washing and personal care
