**Marketing, Communications & Operations Assistant**

**£25-30k**

Are you bright, hardworking, capable of making decisions and keen to start a career in property? As the local property market leader, we’re seeking somebody who is university-educated to join our vibrant and passionate team in a full-time, permanent role.

For the first 6-12 months, you will be 'on the shop floor', gaining valuable experience of how things are done and the type of challenges that arise in both our branches. Ideally, you'll identify potential improvements and pitch solutions of your own, then put them into practice.

Moving forward, you will use this experience and become a key part of our Operations Team, which influences the way the company works and the direction it moves in. In this role, you will draw upon your 'shop floor' experience and have a key part to play in creating or updating company policies, procedures and targets. You will also be heavily involved in marketing the company to its target audience via various methods of communication.

You need:

- A degree in any discipline (essential)
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic
