Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our marketing team as a Marketing Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to develop their career in marketing and communications within the arts industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the marketing team with the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns, including idea generation, desk research, and content creation. They will also provide administrative support across the marketing team, including proof-reading marketing communications, collating information, and managing print stock levels.

The ideal candidate will have a high level of literacy and numeracy, with excellent attention to detail and ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team. They will also have experience of using Microsoft Office applications and an understanding of digital and social media in a marketing context.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the marketing team with the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns
  • Provide administrative support across the marketing team
  • Proof-read marketing communications and collate information
  • Manage print stock levels and assist with print deliveries

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • High level of literacy and numeracy
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team

Salary: £25,000 per annum

This is a full-time role based in Cardiff, Wales. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including 29 days annual leave.
