**Job purpose**

If ABCA sounds like the right place for you, we would love you to join our team within the Small Works department. The purpose of the role is to quality check all operative completion paperwork, upload onto the client portal and invoice the jobs based on engineer reports.

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Quality check the submitted engineer reports and ensure the work complete is compliant
- Cost the engineers calls in line with the submitted paperwork
- Generate certification for each of the jobs
- Upload check paperwork on client portals and update the status of the job as appropriate

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Essential_
- Knowledge of CRMS
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Inbound and outbound call handling
- Experience of quality checking
- Desirable_
- Knowledge of Cash (Mentor Business Systems)
- Experience in Fire and Security industry

- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
- Problem solving skills
- Organisation and prioritising skills
- Strong geographical knowledge of UK with a good understanding of logistics, traffic management and route planning.

**Other Information**

This is a permanent role we are offering based in the Newcastle Office.

The salary we are offering is from £24,960 per annum, depending on experience, based on a 40 hour working week.
