Paddington Works, launched in late 2018 is a 16,000 sq ft private studio and co-working space with production and events facilities, with potential to grow into our other site. Membership currently stands at c250 with all our studios fully let. We’ve designed advanced workspaces equipped to support health and well-being, considering the physical, emotional, and cognitive health of our members throughout the environment. We believe these factors are essential to our overall performance and well-being.

**Responsibilities**:
Develop strong and long lasting relationships with members, clients and guests
- Work with the General Studio Manager to develop and implement member initiatives that drive engagement and satisfaction
- Create an annual plan for member engagement initiatives and activities
- Work with Events Manager to plan, deliver and evaluate all member internal events
- Monitor and manage member engagement

Be a leader within our Front of House team, ensuring a smooth running of the reception and our online members platform
- Be the first point of contact on our reception ensuring all members and guests are made to feel welcome and well looked after
- Continue to enforce our FOH processes, as well as bringing ideas for new ones
- Liaise with members as required and help with all and any issues
- Liaise with General Studio Manager and the Events Manager to ensure all relevant communications are distributed and managed, including weekly building newsletters
- Learn and utilise the 'Nexudus' platform to manage all member services
- Set-up meeting rooms, studios, and training room experience
- Support the set-up and breakdown of events
- Provide a help desk service for all centre questions, issues, problems and manage ticketing system for repairs/fixes
- Manage all mail, parcels and couriers
- Provide a telephone reception service for all members
- Tours of the building.

Support the team to collaborate effectively
- Lead the reception training of Front of House staff
- Support the development of company SOPs, manuals and help guides optimising every day operational processes
- Work effectively as part of a team towards PW KPI targets
- Maintain company standards and expectations
- Manage personal KPI’s and targets

Key requirements
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Previous experience in co-working/hospitality/events
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Exceptional communication skills to interact with clients, members, third parties and colleagues
- Knowledge of hospitality industry practices and trends
- Knowledge of Nexudus or other workspace operation systems
- Familiarity with coworking or hospitality operations is a plus

This is a full-time position based at our co-working space in Paddington. There is a requirement to work flexibily, including out of hours.
