Learning and Development Administrator

We've partnered with out non-profit clients in Wakefield in order to recruit a permanent Learning and Development Administrator. This is a part-time vacancy with flexible hours.
**Client Details**
Our client is a non-profit organisation located in Wakefield.
**Description**
Duties of the role will be:
- To respond to incoming queries, ensuring that the callers/visitors obtain a timely response to their query and where this cannot be provided directly, refer them to the appropriate Department/personnel.
- Assist the L&D Manager to manage, organise and monitor internal and external training events in line with the Organisational-wide L&D plan.
- To book training for specific topics and liaise with Trainers/external providers as required to ensure relevant personnel are registered and undertake training appropriate to their role within relevant timescales
- To compile and upload/issue any training materials as required
- To maintain and report on staff training records.
- To review maintain and develop a range of L&D reporting statistics from the learning management system, ensuring that such information is accurate, up-to-date and easily accessible. To analyse this information as required, ultimately for use by the Trust'sSenior Management Team.
**Profile**
- Relevant experience of working within an L&D administrative role
- Previous experience of producing reports/statistical based information
- Experience of working in accordance with policies and
