We’re looking for an **IT Integration Account Co-Ordinator** to join our IT Services team to be responsible for the day-to-day management across several key Evri (IT) client partners. You will support the IT Integration Account Manager to develop partnerships with aggregators and integrators and co-ordinate the change pipelines each side to ensure alignment. You will also support the rest of IT Client Engagement in the management and on-boarding across platforms and integrations.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Co-ordinating daily activities with (IT) client partners - such as logging and tracking issues and requests
- Maintain regular communication with the working teams internally and with client partners to ensure all parties remain aligned and track to deliver against agreed timelines
- Escalate issues/risks to the IT Integration Account Manager where required in a timely manner
- Create and maintain a client partners product/service catalogue - always ensuring internal stakeholders are aware which service/products can be used by retailers onboarded to the platform
- Act as the first point of contact both internally to Evri and with the client partners for any points of concern and requests
- Day to day communication with external parties to ensure issues and requests are being progressed within agreed timescales
- Support the management of a portfolio of vendors and shipping tool platforms with multiple integration methods including API and SFTP solutions
- Co-ordination of issues internally impacting external partners working in partnership with internal teams
- Communication of required changes to external partners from the change portfolio team
- Co-ordinate the administration of client partner roadmaps in conjunction with internal EVRi teams to support the drive for long term value from each partner relationship
- Creation of KPI packs on a weekly and monthly basis in-line with client partner KPI’s
- Issue/Request reports by client partner
- Onboarding - volumes, timelines etc.

**Your Experience**

Does this sound like you?
- Knowledge of Parcel Delivery industry is beneficial but not essential.
- Experience in an IT partner relationship, client development or account management role with identifiable synergies and benefits to this position.
- Experience in shipping solutions and technical integrations with third party providers (logistic specific where possible)
- Background in administration, able to plan and monitor progress through the creation of KPI packs
- Strong communication skills with the ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Microsoft excel - a good knowledge and understanding of service now is desirable but not essential
- Service Now - a good knowledge and understanding of service now is desirable but not essential
