Job Title: Academic Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Academic Operations Coordinator to join our team at Huntress - Leeds. As an Academic Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, managing staff performances, and ensuring KPIs are met.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the day-to-day running of the office, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
  2. Manage staff performances, providing guidance and support to ensure KPIs are met.
  3. Work closely with the Accounts team to ensure invoices are paid on time.
  4. Order office supplies and manage the office budget.
  5. Book accommodation and travel arrangements as required.
  6. Provide support with HR and Accounts tasks as needed.
