Sales and Marketing Coordinator

This role involves developing new business through direct sales and upselling to existing customers, with a focus on meeting quarterly targets based on annualized revenue from contracts signed. The responsibilities include:
Conducting door-to-door canvassing and presenting B&M services professionally
Upselling waste and recycling solutions to existing customers
Managing client site risk assessments and site audits
Handling inbound enquiries and pre-qualifying opportunities for business fit and credit checks
Maintaining accurate prospect information and updating CRM daily with the sales support team
Participating in regional networking events and showcasing B&M services to potential prospects
Completing weekly KPI sheets and attending fortnightly/monthly sales meetings
About the Benefits
This role offers a competitive salary of £42,000 - £52,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a comprehensive training program and opportunities for professional growth and development.
