**Centre Of Excellence Executive**

As a Barclays Centre Of Excellence Executive you’ll be the primary contact for the client, supporting their investment and wealth planning needs. You will handle a wide variety of inbound telephony calls and administration activities for Smart Investor clients covering every aspect of Barclays investment servicing and banking products. You will be responsible for developing the client relationship with Barclays through delivery of a professional service via telephony and digital channels.

**What will you be doing?**
- Supporting customers/ clients with their investments, including usage of Smart Investor
- You will be accountable for delivering an effortless service by using situational empathy, taking responsibility for investigating and resolving client queries effectively
- Dealing with clients via telephone and digital channels, ensuring they receive the highest standard of service, with the ability to support vulnerable customers
- Ensuring all client contacts and relevant client information are recorded accurately on all applicable systems
- You will be responsible for maintain high levels of accuracy to ensure all requests are completed correctly within agreed SLAs
- Serving Customers: Customer obsessed - fulfils customer requests, shows curiosity and demonstrates professionalism, accountability and empathy
- Being curious and caring, providing a seamless response to customer moments and life events, understand different types of financial services and products and how they work

**What we’re looking for**:

- Experience of operating in a customer-focused role
- Proven experience in promoting an excellent customer journey
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, able to use a range of communication styles that are tailored to the customer and the situation
- Proven ability to use Microsoft Office tools to a high standard
